Hi, I'm Kevin Diaz

I am a photographer based in Chicago.

Art has always been a passion of mine. However, I can't say the same about photography. I only started picking up photography as a hobby during the pandemic. With not much else to do, I started taking photos on my cell phone. After much trial and error - and a lot of YouTube videos - I finally felt like I was getting the hang of things. I accidently discovered a new passion.

At heart, I am a story teller. Which is why I love shooting creative portraits. The ability to tell a story within a image or set of images is something I find deeply fascinating. I hope to share this joy with you.

Fortunately, I have friends and family that were willing to give me an opportunity to create. I've shot family events, friends' birthdays, and even my first wedding. With some practice and a lot of luck I began to hone in on my craft.

This past year was about creating my portfolio and developing my skills. Though, there is much work to do, I believe I accomplished my goal. And this brings us to the start of Little Planet Productions.
